Our Team

Jim Pascucci — Owner, Coach
The founder and owner of Integral CrossFit, Jim is also an Advanced Certified Rolfer. Jim discovered CrossFit though his son, Nick, in February 2009. When Nick went to college Jim joined a local CrossFit gym and began training hard. The results were profound: a weight loss of 80 pounds in less than a year, blood work that is off the charts positive, and an increase in strength, agility, and cardio-respiratory endurance. After realizing that the benefits of his work as a Rolfer would be amplified in his clients who were also doing CrossFit, he decided to become a certified trainer and to bring this amazing fitness modality to his clients.

Jim Competes in the CrossFit Masters Division (60+) and is currently ranked 74 in the world. His passion for coaching Masters CrossFit athletes along with his body therapy background make Integral CrossFit the perfect place for the new and experienced Masters athlete to train.

Kristy Perry — Trainer

Kristy grew up on a farm near Parker CO. Her love for horses started at an early age, allowing her to ride and train many horses. As she got older, she began to ride competitively in cross country jumping as well as stadium jumping. She has spent the last 10 years in the equine field working as a trainer, barn manager and veterinary assistant.
Looking for a new challenge to add to her life, Kristy started taking Muay Thai (thai kickboxing) three years ago and was automatically hooked. She has many fond memories of the conditioning classes that left you on the floor desperate for air. Muay Thai was especially interesting to her because there was so much technique involved, with such a large amount of knowledge to learn it was hard to get bored. It pushed you mentally and physically.
CrossFit was added to the classes offered at the Muay Thai gym. Slowly the CrossFit won out over the Muay Thai. The CrossFit workouts were guaranteed to give you an excellent workout, plus Kristy felt she was getting stronger and more athletic. The Olympic lifting aspect of CrossFit remains Kristy’s favorite and for the last two years she has been trying to learn and execute proper technique.
Kristycoaches our Female Only Bootcamp for women who want a High Intensity workout that is not CrossFit. She is also the Assistant Coach for Integral Barbell our USA Weightlifting sanctioned club.

Nathan Ellis — Trainer

Nathan stepped up and answered the call after the attacks of 9/11/01 and left college as a sophomore to become an Army Ranger. As a Ranger he was deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan. He was chosen by his command to attend special military fitness trainers course, where he was taught how to program and lead small unit fitness programs in austere environments–as though humping heavy ruck sacks up mountains in Afghanistan isn’t enough–called Ranger Athlete Warrior (RAW)! After leaving the military he started his own company utilizing his skills as a Radio Operator working in support of Counter Narco Terroism operations worldwide. Nathan found CrossFit while still in the military, and continued to pursue it when he discharged, coaching at Tri Yoga Endurance in Golden, Colorado and now with us. He is the undisputed Double Dutch jump rope champion of Integral CrossFit!
