Our Mission

We provide an integral approach to wellness that empowers students to articulate and achieve their personal fitness goals.    This approach integrates awareness, nutrition, CrossFit, and body work to achieve high performance.  Students grow and develop through education, goal setting, training, and coaching with the support of a community of like minded athletes.

Our Team

Shane Deines — Head Coach
Shane was a co-founder and the head coach at Coal Creek CrossFit. Shane grew up in Longmont with a background in wrestling and football and now seeks to share his passion for fitness and athletics with all of our students.  Shane returned to Colorado after serving in the United States Navy as a Command Fitness Coordinator.

His qualifications include:

  • CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer
  • CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification
  • CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer
  • Fire Fighter Lyons, CO VFD
  • Ninja

Jim Pascucci — Owner, Coach
The founder and owner of Integral CrossFit, Jim is also an Advanced Certified Rolfer. Jim discovered CrossFit though his son, Nick, in February 2009. When Nick went to college Jim joined a local CrossFit gym and began training hard. The results were profound: a weight loss of 80 pounds in less than a year, blood work that is off the charts positive, and an increase in strength, agility, and cardio-respiratory endurance. After realizing that the benefits of his work as a Rolfer would be amplified in his clients who were also doing CrossFit, he decided to become a certified trainer and to bring this amazing fitness modality to his clients.

Jim Competes in the CrossFit Masters Division (60+) and is currently ranked 74 in the world. His passion for coaching Masters CrossFit athletes along with his body therapy background make Integral CrossFit the perfect place for the new and experienced Masters athlete to train.

His qualifications include:

Sierra Lynn Day– Gymnastics/Women’s Boot Camp Coach

Sierra has always lived a very active lifestyle. She was a nationally ranked gymnast for 16 years and a college cheerleader for 4 years. After a very successful collegiate cheerleading career, Sierra found the sport of bodybuilding. She started competing in National Physique Committee (NPC) shows in the Bikini division. With this new found sport, Sierra wanted to learn everything she could that went into bodybuilding, everything from proper nutrition to the right technique of Olympic lifts.
Sierra has also been a gymnastics coach for the past four years and is in the process of receiving her personal training license. When Sierra is not in the gym training herself or others, you can find her cooking, hiking, or traveling.
Her qualifications include:

  • USAG Safety Certified
  • CPR Certified

Will LeB0euf — Trainer Intern

Will has been involved in sports since he was 5.  He’s been training with weights for 5 years and was a 2x State wrestling qualifier in Ohio. Will started his CrossFit training with Integral in our Intern Program.
Hobbies: Hiking, golfing and climbing
His focus in CrossFit is balance and flexibility.
He is studying Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology at University of Colorado at Boulder. For Will, CrossFit is the best way to increase coordination, balance and flexibility.
His qualifications include:

  • CPR Certified

Nathan Ellis — Trainer

Nathan stepped up and answered the call after the attacks of 9/11/01 and left college as a sophomore to become an Army Ranger. As a Ranger he was deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan. He was chosen by his command to attend special military fitness trainers course, where he was taught how to program and lead small unit fitness programs in austere environments–as though humping heavy ruck sacks up mountains in Afghanistan isn’t enough–called Ranger Athlete Warrior (RAW)! After leaving the military he started his own company utilizing his skills as a Radio Operator working in support of Counter Narco Terroism operations worldwide. Nathan found CrossFit while still in the military, and continued to pursue it once out coaching at Tri Yoga Endurance in Golden, Colorado and now with us. He is the undisputed Double Dutch jump rope champion of Integral CrossFit!
