Community Events

Mountain View Fire Department CPR training at Integral CrossFit. This training is free to community. The next class is scheduled for October 14,  2016, register here.

First Friday of every month we host a community workout and networking event, come by and sweat then stay to meet new people, register here.

Fascial Movement Taping

Jim Pascucci Advanced Rolfer, BCSI is also a certified by Rock Tape as a “Rock Doc”. The next session, “Taping for Knee Pain” is June 3, 2016 at 6:15pm. Register here

CrossFit Foundations

This 4 hour class covers the basics of CrossFit: philosophy, movement practice, nutrition, programming… This event is free to Integral Members who have not attended one previously. There is a fee if you’re not a member. Register here

CrossFit Endurance

CrossFit Endurance training is a specialty course that assumes you have either a CrossFit membership or access to a weightlifting gym to be able to perform the weight lifting component.

Seminars

These two hour specialty seminars are held monthly to spend more time in a  special areas of interest.

January 28, 2017 10:15 – 12.15 Jump Rope 101. We’ll cover the basics of rope jumping into double unders and provide a program for progressing your skills.

February 18, 2017 10:15 – 12:15 Rowing 101, introduction to proper technique in preparation for the Open.

March 18, 2017 10:15 – 12:15 the Clean, introduction to proper technique.
