Olympic Weight Lifting Club
Integral Weight Lifting is a USA WeightLIfting Sanctioned club. This is our weightlifting competition program. It is open to anyone whether or not you are interested in competing. If you are interested in developing strength/speed for sport or the pursuit of life we can help you.
The Weightlifting Club trains three days a week: Tues/Thurs 5:30pm – 6:30pm we work on our personal program, Saturdays 10:15 – 11:30 am is reserved for working on our strength.
The process for starting is simple. Fill out the registration form below. We’ll contact you to set up a meeting to discuss your goals and assure we’re the best fit for you. If we decide to train together we’ll set up a time to do an assessment of your movement and lifts. If you’ve never lifted before but think that this is something for you that’s fine we’re here to train you.
