Integral CrossFit OnRamp Prep

Our OnRamp is three one hour classes.

These videos give you an idea of what we’ll cover in each class.

We may not cover everything listed here, and we may cover more.

It depends on when you join and what our immediate future programming looks like.

Class One

The first class gives us an opportunity to get to know you, assess your basic movement skills for future scaling and introduce you to the Dead Lift. You’ll do a workout using these new skills, with appropriate scaling for you.

Class Two

In the second class we’ll introduce you to the Pressing Movements and the Jerk. You’ll do a workout using these new skills as well as some from class one.

Class Three

In the third class we’ll introduce you to the Front Squat and some unique CrossFit Movements: the MedBall Clean and WallBall.  As usual you’ll do a workout using these new skills as well as some from previous classes.
