Olympic Weight Lifting Club
The Weightlifting Club trains three days a week: Tues/Thurs 5:00pm – 6:00pm we work on our personal program, Saturdays 11:15 – 12:30 am is reserved for working on our strength.
The process for starting is simple. Fill out the registration form below. We’ll contact you to set up a meeting to discuss your goals and assure we’re the best fit for eajh other. If we decide to train together we’ll set up a time to do an assessment of your movement and lifts. If you’ve never lifted before but think that this is something for you that is fine, we’re here to train dedicated people.
